Drinks

Lemon Tea

Lemon Tea, made from scratch, can be refreshing whether you drink it hot or iced.   Enjoy it with a spoon of honey.

Serves 2

  • Peel of 1 lemon, without pith
  • 16 ounces water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Bring the lemon peel, water and sugar to a boil.  Boil for 1 minute.  The Lemon Tea can be served with a teaspoon of honey and a dash if cinnamon, if desired.
