This Portuguese cookbook goes deeper and wider into the array of real home recipes of Portuguese cooks across the sea and Portuguese immigrants in the United States, recipes that incorporate the flavors of the Mediterranean. This cookbook shares more non-Americanized recipes from the Azores, the island of Madeira and the Portuguese mainland that you will love to cook and savor at home. I have also included 22 of my personal creations and contemporary variations plus some updates on methods to make the task easier.
